A collection of five townhouses arranged over a basement in Malvern East.
The design explores layered, multi-level living, with each residence featuring a newly approved third-level master suite accessed via a private lift. Secluded north-facing courtyards anchor the homes, drawing in natural light while enhancing privacy and a strong connection to the outdoor spaces.
Basement works are scheduled to commence mid 2026.
