The Line

The Line is a collection of eight three-storey townhouses arranged over a basement level in the growing suburb of Highett.

The project is targeting a construction commencement in late 2026.

The design prioritises solar orientation and passive construction techniques, with the buildings set to be constructed to a standard that far exceeds typical requirements. This approach ensures long-term comfort, performance and the ongoing health and wellbeing of future occupants.
